Tim Fitts
Tim Fitts is a short story writer and novelist, whose collections Hypothermia (MadHat Press) and Go Home and Cry for Yourselves (Xavier Review) were published in 2017. His novel, The Soju Club, was published in 2017 in Korean translation by Loupe, an imprint of Munhakdongne Press. He serves on the editorial staff of the Painted Bride Quarterly and can frequently be heard on the magazine's bi-weekly podcast, Slushpile.
Tim's short stories have appeared in journals such as The Gettysburg Review, Granta, Day One, CutBank, descant, The Baltimore Review and upstreet, among others. In 2013, his short story 'No Rabio', was listed as a Special Mention in the Pushcart Prize series. He teaches in the Liberal Arts Department of the Curtis Institute of Music and lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two children.
